Location & Services
High On Smile is a boutique teeth whitening clinic based in Balmain, Sydney. We offer both in-studio and mobile whitening treatments using safe, professional-grade LED technology. All treatments are performed by certified technicians and follow Australian cosmetic treatment standards.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a 50% service fee. No-shows may be charged the full treatment amount. Early notice allows us to reallocate your appointment to another client and maintain a respectful schedule for all.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their treatment shortened or rescheduled. In such cases, a partial or full service fee may still apply.
No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to attend a confirmed booking without notice will be marked as a no-show. Repeat no-shows may be required to prepay for future appointments.
Suitability & Safety
Our teeth whitening treatments are designed for safe cosmetic enhancement. However, we advise against treatment if you are:
Pregnant or breast feeding
Under the age of 16
Experiencing recent dental surgery or active gum diseaseIf
If you are unsure, please contact us prior to booking to discuss suitability.
Post-Treatment Care
To maintain your whitening results:
Avoid coffee, red wine, dark berries, and staining foods for 24–48 hours.
Avoid smoking during this period
Limit acidic or high-pigment foods and drinks
Schedule touch-up appointments every 6–12 weeks for lasting brightness
Payments & Refunds
We accept EFTPOS, major credit cards, and online bookings via platforms like Fresha. Some bookings may require a deposit.
Due to the nature of cosmetic services, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or varied individual results. However, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if your service was not delivered with due care, skill, or as agreed, you are entitled to a remedy — which may include a repeat service or refund, depending on the situation.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Personal data (such as names, emails, or phone numbers) collected through our website or forms is used solely for managing appointments or communications you’ve consented to.
